5. Client-End Benefits & Confidentiality

- We will never disclose, reproduce, or distribute your project materials to any third party without your written consent.
- Client credentials (hosting, admin panels, API keys, ad accounts) are stored securely, used only for the agreed scope, and returned or deleted upon project completion.
5.2 Intellectual Property Protection
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, all custom-developed assets including source code, designs, content, and deliverables are transferred to you as the client. CodexDebug retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless expressly prohibited in writing.
5.3 Data Handling During Service Delivery
- Access granted to your platforms is used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
- We do not retain access credentials beyond the project lifecycle unless a retainer agreement is in place.
- Third-party tools used in project delivery (e.g., cloud platforms, analytics tools) comply with their respective privacy policies.
5.4 Client Communication Records
Project-related communications (emails, meeting notes, briefs) may be retained for a period of up to 3 years for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and quality assurance purposes.
DISCLAIMER: Clients who share misleading, incomplete, or false information for project onboarding do so at their own risk. CodexDebug cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Company Rights, Liability Limits & Non-Compliance Policy

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client is found to be in breach of agreed terms, misusing our systems, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Users and clients are expected to follow all guidelines, onboarding checklists, communication protocols, and process requirements communicated by CodexDebug throughout the engagement lifecycle.
DISCLAIMER: If a user or client repeatedly disregards warnings, fails to follow required processes, ignores timelines, or breaches agreed terms — CodexDebug will NOT be held responsible for any resulting delays, losses, damages, failures, or negative outcomes. This includes but is not limited to: missed deadlines, revenue loss, data loss, third-party penalties, or reputational damage.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
- CodexDebug's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or payment processors used in service delivery.
- We are not liable for outcomes arising from information, assets, or access provided inaccurately by the client.
6.4 Force Majeure
CodexDebug shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, pandemics, or acts of war.
