• Access granted to your platforms is used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

• CodexDebug's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or payment processors used in service delivery.
• We are not liable for outcomes arising from information, assets, or access provided inaccurately by the client.

6.4 Force Majeure

CodexDebug shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, pandemics, or acts of war.
